Benefits of our Guaranteed Rent Service

Guaranteed Rent start date We will start your rent on the date set out on your contract even if a tenant has not yet moved in.

No empty periods The rent is guaranteed from the contract date for a set length of time. If at any period, the property is empty you will continue to receive your agreed rent. The whole service including rent and contract length will be tailor-made to suit your needs.

No furniture needed We only require a fridge freezer and a cooker - no other furniture is needed.

Dedicated property manager You will be allocated a property manager and a property inspector who will be solely responsible for looking after you and your property.

0% commission There is no commission to pay on the guaranteed rent scheme.

Free property inspections Regular inspections are completed by your dedicated property inspector.
